The PTO launches Collins Cup iOS and Android app to give live event coverage and on-demand video with exclusive content.
The Collins Cup app is now available across web, iOS and Android platforms, offering triathlon fans the chance to binge on the PTO’s pre-race Collins Cup coverage, as well as watch the big race live on 28 August.
The app includes the Collins Cup Countdowns shows, which are hosted by Charlie Webster, with guest appearances from Collins Cup team captains as well as the Battle For Glory: Road To The Collins Cup video series and the Beyond Human documentary.
To complement the app, the PTO has also announced a live data feed that will give real-time positional data, split times, photos and video during the race. The live data will be available through the PTO stats website and will be available on the race day here.
The app will offer live coverage of the Collins Cup globally with the exception of Europe where the live broadcast is exclusive to Eurosport 2, the Eurosport player and Discovery+ in selected markets.
